Maison Design + Build is an absolute delight to work with. Recently my fiancee and I were looking at going with a Custom Built Home. After talking to several builders, and after many more meetings, we met Andrew who showed us Maison's Show Home in Brighton. This particular show home was about a 95% match to what we were looking for with a floor plan, high end customizations, and features. After a couple of brief meetings we were sold. We moved in to our new home this December. Maison went above and beyond with preparing the home, expediting our possession date, and adding in a few final details to meet our needs. When it comes to quality and customer service they have my #1 recommendation.

Maison Design + Build was an absolute pleasure to work with. There is something uniquely wonderful about Maison-built homes that makes them stand out compared to others. Maison's commitment to producing beautiful, high-quality homes is evident in all that they do. Andrew and Jilaire made our first building experience stress-free and fun and the final product is better than we dreamed possible. We can't recommend them enough!

This review comes from the perspective of a client relationship, not one of a home building nature. My company is in the Staffing and Recruitment business; Andrew and Jilaire needed some additions to their team, and consulted us on assisting them. As is customary, it is important to ensure we understand the culture and values of our clients, so we can place candidates with better fit. I was impressed from the very moment I met with Andrew and the Maison team. Their philosophy was completely around providing an exceptional customer experience and a quality product, culminating in the ultimate goal of ZERO defects upon turnover! It is no wonder they are getting the wonderful reviews and accolades they so richly deserve. Their passion is genuine. Something rarely seen these days.

We have worked with Maison Homes for about 5 years, they build terrific homes and as a contractor for Maison, we experience some of the inner workings. They definitely have the customers best intentions in the forefront of their jobs. If things cost a little more to do things better, I have never seen hesitation on their part. When things are going a little tough, they are flexible. Thanks for working with Rockscapes as your concrete contractor for some of your work, and keep up the good work! We love having our name on your homes!

Nothing but the best of experiences with Maison Fine Homes. Andrew and Jilaire Wagner build beautiful homes and pay attention to every detail of the house. We just took possession of our house in March of this year and have loved it. All of their employees are great to deal with and any issues (small) that we have had with the house they have dealt with usually on the same day that we contact them. Hard working group and it shows in the quality of their houses. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
