I work with Alair Homes (Saskatoon) as their Kitchen Design Consultant and have found them to be very organized, detailed and customer focused. They are in frequent contact with their trades and home owners ensuring that everyone is on the same page and knows the plan. The Alair team takes great pride in their quality and workmanship. It is a very driven team with a sincere desire to help people live better.

I've worked with Carlos and Alair on several occasions and have also had the pleasure of watching him work with others that I know. His commitment to excellence and passion for what he does shines through at every turn. He pays attention to the little things that make an experience dealing with him extra special. He's prompt, thorough, honest and beyond personable.

Working with Alair homes has been a great experience. The time lines set out help with our scheduling so we can be as efficient as possible for them and answer any questions we have promptly. Our good working relationship is highly valued with them.

Professional, courteous and easy to work with. We purchased an older home and reached out to Alair to do some Renos. New windows, bathroom and kitchen makeovers. Top notch quality in their workmanship and prompt attention when we needed it. Would Highly recommend to anyone doing a renovation or new build.

We had a flood in our home and had to choose 3 general contractors to put in bids to restore our home. Luckily for us, we had heard of Alair through a friend and gave Carlos a call to come take a look at the work ahead and some extra renos we wanted done. From the first prompt meeting with Carlos, Jason and Marc we felt at ease, we knew they'd be working for and with us. They were professional, charismatic, and meant business, it was clear then that they love what they do. Throughout the process the attention to detail, the extra up and above calls and points of contact were impeccable. There were never any questions, Carlos was always on the same page as us or a step ahead. We always knew where our budget was at, and knew our timeline of what was getting done and when. There wasn't a day that something wasn't getting done on our house. Jason, the general contractor always had his work space spotless, he was respectful, kind and his work ethic was above the rest. Our experience with Alair was completely seamless, professional and top-notch. As stressful as a flood can be, Alair gave us the absolute best experience, we would recommend Alair to anybody and everybody looking for a job well done without the headaches of a home Reno. We would hire Carlos and co. again in a heartbeat.
