As a fabricator in Regina, SK that is focused on customer service, A HUGE thank you to Cascade. We were short a piece of counter top for a job due to a mistake made by one of my employees. They had a piece that would work but wouldn't fit in a vehicle so they cut it down for us. The whole process went very quickly. Throughout the process, the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) and Mary were so very helpful and very much wanted to help us out. Thanks again and I would highly recommend them to any family, friends or potential clients in Edmonton!

Awesome! Will recommend them to anyone! Thank you for my amazing quartz counters!

I would not recommend to anyone, they rushed the job, didn’t even get faucet in the correct location. My faucet is 5” away from center of my sink. They refuse to fix it. My sink sits on my faucet. NEVER AGAIN.

We ordered a kitchen package from Home Depot. 2 days after we ordered the kitchen they called us to come measure for the counter. I explained that we had just ordered the kitchen and it wouldn't arrive for 6 weeks and I would need a couple more weeks to install the cabinets. They said they would note that and call me in around 7 weeks. They then continued to call me a couple more times per week for the next few weeks which doesn't really matter. But then after the 8 weeks no more calls. I went to home Depot to try and set up an appointment and they where having a hard time to set anything up for them to come measure. But finally 2 and a half weeks later they finally come and measure the counter. I was not there but the guy started telling my wife about how this and that isn't going to work and how are sink is to big even though it is sitting in the cabinet and how the sink won't work because it is for a laundry room sink and the hole in the top is going to let water run everywhere (which is an overflow the plumbs back into the drain pipe). Also we wanted a 30" sqaure cut out in the corner where we are building a pantry that was in the plan. They said the will not cut out unless we build it first and pay for them to come back for another measure. I said it's the design so just act like that's just the shape of the counter and they still said no??? My wife told me he was kind of rude to her. But anyways put that all behind us. 2 days later get the estimate and it is almost $500 (about 25%) more then we had agreed upon. Call home Depot and go in to talk to our consultant and she goes over all these extra fees. One such fee was $175 extra for a second person to come carry the counter because it is to big for one person to carry down the 10 stairs and I'm not allowed to help. (Well if there is 2 people there shouldn't it take about half the time to install?) Also they said 6 weeks to get the counter, but it wasnt specail order laminate so at the time of purchase we where told 4 weeks. Home Depot finally gets an answer back about a week later about these issues and the pricing and Cascade refused to do anything about it. Home Depot was willing to cover the extra money but at this point we where about 3 weeks farther behind and I was not willing to pay/support such a company and said I would be talking my business elsewhere. Home Depot was kind enough to refund my money for the measurement. Took my measurement to PF manufacturing the next day. In a Few days they came out and measured the cabinets and had zero complaints and said the cut out would not be an issue. 2 weeks later they where installed for almost the exact same price of what I was originally quoted before Cascade tried to gouge me on everything. So that is the full story and I would never even consider them for anything down the road.

Cascade offered excellent customer service from start to finish. Far and away the most professional company I dealt with trying to pick a new counter top. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new counters.
