Job included two bathroom quartz vanity tops. Reasonable pricing, quick turnaround and courteous service. Would highly recommend to others.

Dysfunctional business lacking internal communication. Worked to remedy issues, but stumbled every step of the way. I had them install a rather pricey Quartzite natural slab counter top. On the day of planned install, first I am told they are on their way. Then I am told they haven’t finished fabricating and will be late. Then I am told they had issues fabricating because they weren’t used to such a hard stone (despite originally assuring me they had experience working with it before), and would be even more late. Estimated time after time lapsed, and ultimately they arrived 8 hours after originally scheduled. I had planned on them performing removal of existing counters, but ended up doing it myself while I waited so that they could complete the work that day still. At end of install, I am told they forgot to bring dishwasher clips to secure my dishwasher, and also ran out of silicone. I finished the silicone myself thinking it wasn’t worth waiting around for them again. I went to pick up clips from their office as they instructed me to do, and when I got there they didn’t have any. Told me to go buy some and install myself, so I did and it was easy but still not how it should have gone. I was also supposed to pick up my tabletop piece (from leftover stone) they said they forgot to bring on install day, but then I am told nope they cut into that area and the table can’t be made to correct size anymore. So I said never mind no table top, not a big deal but still annoying. Then I notice the sink hole edges on my bathroom vanity sinks are a bit dull, and there are small gaps at stone fissures. I’m my view these should have been seen in the fab shop and filled then, but alas they now need to come polish and fill gaps. And the waiting game begins again. I am told they will let me know when they have some extra time to come by in next 4 days, and call me to confirm. 4 days go by and no phone call. I contact their office and then they actually book a guy to come. Then he arrives 3 hours late and tells me it was never realistic to have booked him for that time in the first place, given the other job he was on. To their credit they did call to update me every couple hours, on both original install and service call days, but it just screams poor scheduling and planning. Especially not having stone fabricated by install day. In the end I got beautiful counters, but wasted many hours of my time waiting and put in a lot of time myself making sure quality was ultimately achieved. Price was competitive, but not so much that I would ever choose to use them again.

Good price, helpful and friendly staff and the countertop looks fantastic. We can't even see the seam (and we could easily see it in our last house - using another company and paying LOTS more).

Amazing service! Within 4 days my counter was ordered, measured and installed. Everyone I delt with was very professional and friendly. I recieved many quotes and these guys were significantly cheaper then the competitors. I Would highly recommend !!!
