Beautiful products and excellent service. They cut a rectangular opening for the sink, as instructed. But when the sink arrived, the sides were very slightly curved, which didn't look quite right. So they took it back and reworked it until it was perfect at no extra charge.

Working with Andrey and Valley Fabricators to get the counter tops we wanted was a wonderful experience! He worked with us to find the exact one we had in mind. As soon as we found the one we loved it was in no time that they set up an installation day. The quality is exceptional, definitely recommend checking them out! They will make sure you are satisfied through and through!

Valley Fab was professional from the get-go. They adjusted their schedule to make time to meet us at the supplier's warehouse, went through color options with us and took the time to sit down and discuss cut options and costs. Their communication was great, returning our phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. We've had our counters for three months now and I'm stilled amazed at how good they look and how they compliment our cabinets. I would recommend Valley Fab in a heartbeat.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. The slab of granite we picked out is beautiful and the installers were professional. However, the sales guy Samir called us telling us our counters were being installed on tuesday so we rip out all our old ones, sink and everything. Tuesday rolls around and no one shows up.. After a few very frustrating phone calls we find out he had called the wrong customer! We were never scheduled for that day and due to his mistake we had to go 3days with no kitchen and they had to reschedule once. We had requested our remnants and were told we would get a 3d image of what was left and how cuts were made but we never received it and it took about a week for them to finally figure out what remnants, if any, we had left. They also lost our original estimate and the sales guy tried to lie saying the price changed during fabrication but for all the inconveniences so far he would do us such a huge favor and honor the original price 😔 In reality they had just accidently deleted it... Not good way to do business. He also tried to say they don't keep remnants even though in their contract it states they do for 30days. They then charged my debit card without permission because apparently they write your cc info down and keep it in a safe. This was an insurance claim and I had expressed in the begining we would not be using the same account for final payment. Now i must say Dawn in the office was very good and help me out as much as she could. Also, for all the inconvenience the owner did give us a discount on the final price. Although the girl who does payments messed up again and charged the wrong amount it was fixed the next day. For those reasons I give it 3 stars. I would not use them again unfortunately but I do love my counters and am thankful for dawn, the installers, and the owners. I wouldn't say not to give them a try for yourself just didn't go well for us unfortunately.

Quoting process A+ Helpful tips on design ideas A+ Installer A+ Communication...Needs major work I won't get into all the details, but if communication of delivery and some other elements were done, even slightly, I would have given 5 stars. Would have also referred others. I do appreciate the call I received asking how they could do better, so hopefully the next one goes better.
