I used American Countertop Fabricators to do the tear out of my old counters and install new quartz counters with a brand new sink in my kitchen. The process was smooth and they were very professional. Loved working with them. They were fast and clean. I recently did a remodel in my kitchen and will be installing a peninsula countertop, so I'm definitely using them again.

American Countertop did excellent work for me. They put in new quartz countertops, built an island surround and put in tile backsplash. Professional crews, smooth installation, flawless workmanship. I was pleased.

Our contractor ran into a delay and a much higher than anticipated cost for our bathroom countertop. I called and they were extremely responsive, quick, provided a fair quote and helped fix an error on our part on where the sink hole was. I would gladly do business with them again

Working with American Countertops has been a nightmare from the beginning! The owner is hard to deal with and not very good at communication. We had our countertop and backsplash done with American Countertop and specifically had the following issues: 1. The first issue arose when they sent a person to do a measurement for the countertop and backsplash. For some reason this person only did the measurement for the countertop. We subsequently inquired about the quote and were told we could not get a complete quote because the template had not been completed because measurements were not done for the backsplash. Therefore, they had to someone out again to do this measurement. When we asked why it was not done in the first visit, they stated they made a mistake, sorry! My husband and I are both professionals and it is difficult to schedule taking time away from work. 2. Second, we scheduled the installation to take place on a Friday and Saturday. Friday the countertops would be installed and Saturday the backsplash. On Friday, the owner informed us that she was not sure if the backsplash could be completed on Saturday because her workers were Mexico. She said she would let us know if they would come but she never did. We assumed they were not coming, but they did end up showing up Saturday morning. The owner could have called us on Friday but never did. She did let us know Saturday about 20 minutes before the workers arrived. 3. The last and most disappointing part is that we have no running water in our kitchen after the installation. They uninstalled the faucet and plumbing and WILL NOT install the plumbing back. They never told us they would not intall plumbing and we have been without running water in the kitchen for 5 days. I asked the owner why she did not tell us this, she said it states this in the contract! If we had known this fact, we would have had a plumber lined up to complete this work. Also, her worker and she led us to believe over the weekend that they would install it. Only on Monday did they start saying they will not install the water. This company is unprofessional and I would strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. Every time we asked for an explanation, we were basically told "sorry."
