Very disappointing service. Was promised MANY times to have the quartz installed and just kept pushing back. Finally installed, and installers did a poor job. Needed an additional piece and was promised over 2 weeks ago time and time again, but was never delivered. Owner called promising results but again didn’t come through. Would have appreciated some honesty instead of putting me back even further.

I contacted A1 Granite for my kitchen reno. I was sent the quote based on my drawing o timely manner. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The sink I ordered online (3rd party) has some issues with sizing of my cabinets. A1 team informed and explained me before hand and we were able to rectify, otherwise it could have costed me lot more. Even though they had to come re measure , they did it at no cost to me. I would highly recommend to use this company as they work with you as a team. I'm loving my new countertops!!!

Great selection of product!! they leave you satisfied at the end... I got my cabinets from Ikea and chose A1 Granite to do my countertops as they were quite affordable and they have the highest review points out of all I searched. While measuring, template guy showed me the crooked cabinets. I was quite upset as this will leave gap in between or I pay to someone to get the cabinets aligned, he recommend to get the backsplash done in quartz as well to cover the gap. This turned out perfectly. I can't be happier than I am. Very fair team !!!! Thank you Jasan, Raman!!!

A1 granite, were very accommodating. Moe and Alex worked very good together. We will definitely mention A1 granite to our friends. Thanks again. Seamus and Dolores Logue

Started with a good price for quartz we wanted for a high end rental home we were doing. Deposits were taken and measurements were done. One piece was miscut for a shelve area and they offered to recut and install when back to do basement. Sink faucet hole was cut off center. Basement was ordered and install was 2 weeks late which held up everything. There organization and ability to return a phone call is terrible. They do not arrive when they say and you have to be the one calling to find out what is up. The bsmt was finally installed but they forgot the stove fill piece so delayed again. While installing they manage to get epoxy filler on quartz and and sink area, they said they would get it off when returning with stove piece. Multiple calls were not returned and 3 emails. I simply want this dealt with. Customer service comes from resolving issues.... this post will remain up until contact is made and work is finished. Until this is resolved I would suggest you go elsewhere. This is unacceptable! Hope this helps, Aaron Wyman
