BEWARE... 2/3 installations were incorrect! The last one they didn't want to correct it! These guys work with Home Depot and are unethical! Don't sign anything at the spot, keep the papers for a week or so!

RUN AWAY! I had deadlines you all had excuses. Was quoted a 10 day turn on a simple piece of Corian. Hand delivered the drawings on February 28th. Supposed to get the product on March 15th. First, guy was out sick. Secondly, machine was broke. Was told it could be ready on Monday the 19th. I said no big deal, I will be down to get it on my next day off, Thursday the 22nd. This was the drop dead date. I had to have it then. Was told no problem. Thursday morning I get a call and it is not ready. Why not? We don’t have the material yet. Guy sick and machine broke irrelevant. Where is it? Don’t know. Can’t track it? No. Somewhere in between Atlanta and Dallas. Weather has been a problem. You got to be kidding me. Totally hung out to dry. Can’t make a decision because variables can’t be defined. Material arrives on March 27th. You all are going to do me a favor and push other jobs back to work on mine. I feel so lucky. Just pathetic. I’d be ashamed.

I recently purchased a new bathroom vanity from one of the big box stores and they subcontracted the manufacturing and installation to Kat. The first installation team really botched the install - very poorly done, lots of visible mistakes. I got in touch with Kat and they sent Javier out to inspect. He was fantastic! Fixed the problems I found - and some more. The whole thing cost me an extra day off work, but now it looks great. If you do business with them, maybe just ask for Javier in the first place - I will if I use them again!
