Granite and Marble Specialties is a huge shop, and they can accommodate the largest of jobs. My small job initially fell through the cracks but a great manager stepped in and resolved everything. The company delivered an excellent final product. My experience was not 5 stars, but I suspect if you bring a big job you'll not be disappointed.

1st time walking into shop no one greeted us or even looked up (that's a very bad 1st impression). We had met the sales person who came to give us the estimate and he was nice enough. after walking around for 10 mins one of the reps FINALLY came up to us and we spent 30 mins with her looking around. her info was helpful enough but when it came time to do the work - we were told 2.5 weeks-3 weeks... this ended up going into nearly 8 weeks! communication sucks, 1 star just for quality of work and even though they didn't charge $500 for each bathroom (we had 3) there was no additional discount for taking more than 2x the time to complete the job. They felt the non additional $500 was discount enough even though they never brought that up. If you end up with this company STRONGLY recommend negotiating a time frame and request a discount if they do not finish w/in the time frame they say.

I was ignored the second I walked in the door. I went to compare prices on new quartz bathroom countertops in my three bathrooms. I came straight from the gym and had to ask the man sitting at his desk avoiding eye contact if he could help me. He said well I’m busy but I can in a few minutes. I walked around for ten minutes and when I went back over to him, he had decided to help another woman who had walked in after me! The other man that had just finished with a client was sitting at his desk ignoring me as well. Apparently I should have gotten dressed up to come in so that they knew I was serious and actually had the money to buy countertops. They’ve definitely lost my business and my probably $4,000 that I am eventually going to spend at a granite/quartz supplier.

Recently got quartz counter tops and a glass tile back splash installed. From beginning to end, everyone I worked with here was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Millie (counter tops) and Leslie (tile) were both fantastic. Everything was done on schedule and quickly. From the time I decided what tile and paid the deposit to final installation of the glass back splash was about 3 weeks. I'm 100% happy with the final result.

Very friendly atmosphere, and not to mention great staff. Connie especially was very accommodating and willing to help with ideas for my family kitchen remodel. Will definitely refer her to others !
