The ONLY reason I am not rating this lower is because they had a good variety of options for counter tops, and the installed counter tops look....somewhat presentable. We were recommended this location by a contractor doing more work around our home. We called to have someone come out to measure our bathroom countertops, that needed replacing. After they measured, they left and it took WEEKS before we heard from anyone. We decided to call in and were told by Elizabeth that we could come in to view their selection and pick out our counters. We went to the appointment and picked out which counters we liked, I will say that had a large selection. We did not meet the $2,000 minimum that they have at the store (as we just wanted our master bath countertop replaced). So we had to pay the $1,500 price for this up front. We were told that someone would be calling us to schedule a time for them to come out... Two more weeks go by, no call from anyone... So at this point I called in myself to see when they were expecting to come out. I was told we were on the schedule for Friday. Friday comes and goes, no call, no show. Then Monday morning someone calls to tell us they're coming on that same day. The two installers show up and get to work, 20 minutes after arriving they tell me they're leaving for lunch and don't give me a time that they are planning to be back even though I had asked. 1.5 hours later I look outside and their car is there and they are sleeping inside in front of my home. No one came to the door or knocked or anything.. Then after 2 hours of that, they just drive away. I called the store asking for an owner to complain to and before they would patch me through they insisted that they had been trying to reach me (My husband and I both had zero missed calls or voicemails). She gets them to come back to my home and they get back to work. Then I guess they finished up and decided to just walk out the door without saying a word. We go look and the mirror that they took off the wall is still laying on the floor and sinks (obviously) are left on floor as well. The Countertops, though appealing at first, we noticed do no match up perfectly. The "splash guard" is higher and a different pattern than the countertop, though close enough that it's hardly noticeable unless you are looking at it closely. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, unless you can afford to have another full time job just to stay on top of this company and watch the job being done the entire time. I'm very unsatisfied with their service and am amazed that no one ever patched me through to the owner as requested either. Save yourself some headache and look elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Rockfin after we saw an ad posted on Nextdoor. Their showroom is well stocked with plenty of samples. We visited Rockfin before lunch on a Thursday, and Elizabeth was more than accommodating with all my questions (how many jobs they had, if they subcontracted their jobs, if everything was cut on site etc). We walked through what I felt was a very informative and positive meeting with them. Less than 24 hours later we had a member of the crew in our home measuring for counters and backsplash. We left Thursday knowing we wouldn’t have a bid until Monday, however that is when things turned for the worse. We never heard from Elizabeth after an email and multiple phone calls we got a short email apology with a promise of a bid email by Tuesday PM. We never heard from them again and went with another supplier and installer who where not only insured, well known and respected in the area.
