We found the installers to be very professional and we are very pleased with our new countertops. It was also nice to see Chin come by and check on the installation.

We LOVE our countertops! The seam is is perfect and hard to find. We have white countertops and you cannot see it at all unless you already know where it is. Prior to ordering our countertop the owner was very helpful and friendly and provided us with all the answers we needed. They came to measure and within 3 days we got a call saying they could install that Friday! It took them only 5 days to measure and have our countertops installed. They told us 2 weeks for install which is normal but they had some cancellations and could do ours earlier. The crew was professional and accurate. The owner came by to make sure we were satisfied and we were! I would definitely recommend Cowry!

From design to finish, this company was top notched. This was my first time doing a kitchen reno and Chin was very thoughtful in explaining the process and the pros and cons of different features. The design he came up was very clever including features that I did not even think about. It seems like the negative reviews were the result of choosing low quality countertops. Chin has warned us about the lower quality materials and that we really pay for what we get. I was very happy with what we chose and would be referring others to find them. They really go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied.

We bought quartz countertops from this place just over a year ago. They were a little bit cheaper than most other places, so it seemed like a good deal. The first chip out of the counter top happened a couple months after installation. We called Cowry, and they told us that it must have been our fault, and there must have been something large and heavy that hit the countertop. We did not remember hitting it with anything, let alone something large and heavy. They agreed to send someone to repair it after several phone calls. Someone eventually showed up, and did a poor job filling it in, with a color that did not match. When asked about this, they said it's not their responsibility to fix it, and what they did was a favor to us. Several months later the second chip occurred. This time the counter top was hit with a 26 ounce liquor bottle, as someone tried to place it on the counter, but grazed the corner. This was nothing more than everyday use, and to have a quartz countertops chip from it was suspicious to say the least. We looked into it, and called other quartz places, and the best they could think was that this is an inferior quartz, possibly from China, that doesn't have the appropriate mixture to make it durable for everyday use. We tried to fix it ourselves gluing the chip back into place. It came out ok, but is still noticable up close. Now today, another chip out of the countertop. This time from a 750ml bottle of wine. The same scenario as last time, as someone putting the bottle on the counter just grazed the side of the counter. We now have 3 chips, 2 of which are fixed, but still very much noticable, and are already saving to get our countertops replaced from a different company. The biggest thing from this whole debacle, is how the company refused to stand behind their product, and has accused us of causing the damage, which has clearly come from every day use on an inferior product. I'm putting this review out there as a warning to anyone looking to get counter tops from this place, as we don't want anybody to be in the same position as us, having bought expensive countertops, only to be planning to replace them just over a year later. And if you do buy them here, know that the company will not stand behind their product should something happen.
