I had a great experience with Granite World. Joanne the office manager returned all of my calls and adressed all of my concerns, even though I was probanly not an easy costumer. At one point I completely changed my mind on what stone I was putting in, she had helped me make my final decision and there was no problem with me making the change before the cutting began. Adam the owner was just as professional and the installation of my granite went off without any complications. I have a large counter and needed a seam which is flawless and practically invisible which is everyone's biggest fear that it might not be. My kitchen countertop is GORGEOUS. I am thrilled and will definitely recommend Granite world

I went in to granite world because I am redoing my kitchen. I brought my measurements, selected a quartz counter and spoke to Joanne. She was very pleasant and gave me a rough estimate of $4200.00. While I was there, another customer came in and complained that Adam never calls him back. Joanne told me Adam would call the next day to confirm the estimate and my measurements to see if I could use one slab of quartz or if I needed two. That was three weeks ago. Adam never called. I guess he did not need the new business.

My best advise is not to use this place at all! Adam, the owner is shady and worst business man - who only looks out for himself. Long story short, they broke the granite countertops when they delivered it and destroyed our wood floors and put a hole in our wall. We struggled to get him to repair it and the whole time he made us feel like it was our fault. We continued to work with him, thinking it was a mistake. Three months later - still no countertops - every time we went to pick one out - he would say okay - then we would call him and he would say he sold it to someone else. Three months we were without a countertop and sink. Finally we fought to get our deposit back which he kept saying - he is losing out on money. We lost out on time and patience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Oh and they never pick up there phone and are sometimes not even open when the hours say they are.
