Like some of the other reviews, ordered countertops through Home Depot and was told numerous times 7-10 days I would have a countertop. I ordered April 6th, and still don't have my island countertops on May 22nd. The job requires removal of the countertops for a proper template. This also required a 3 hour drive (and a day off work) to go view the quartz slab for our island. Then the stone supplier apparently didn't forward the necessary paperwork to stoneworks so they were waiting on me to go view it even though I viewed the slab 3 weeks prior. My install was scheduled for today with a time window of 1-5pm, no phone calls and no show. called stoneworks at 430pm and only got the voicemail saying outside normal business hours. Horrible customer service.

I ENJOYED looking at all the different slabs without worrying about the weather. In the past, I have gone to other granite places in the freezing cold, raining cat+dogs under an umbrella, and through the mud and puddles. Melissa Foote, the sales manager, is super pleasant, down to earth, and very informative.

Fiasco experience. I ordered a countertop with sink on 2/25/18 and had template done within the week. It is now 4/2/18 and still no countertop. I was told 7-10 days for install but it has been 5 weeks!!! Ridiculous. They are waiting on the sink....really. Get your act together. Horrible....I recommend DONT with them.
