Honestly, when I was looking for a contractor to change my kitchen countertop, I wondered why Jack had so many 5 star reviews compared to others in the area. But now I know. Great to work with, very patient when I was selecting the countertop and sink (with my 50 questions and wanting to write everything down), gives great advice (he's done this so many times, he knows what works), cost effective. My stairwell was tricky to get such a large countertop through (I had mine expanded by almost a foot), so he had to measure out the entire stairwell. I love the countertop and if I decide to redo my bathroom, I'll be calling Jack again. Highly recommend.

Jack did an excellent job on my bathroom vanity top with undermount sink. I was very pleased with the quartz counter top and the rectangular sink. I would highly recommend him!

I called EM because a friend told me that they are great and will come to your home. Much more than great. Their inventory was PERFECT for my challenging colour scheme. More than that, Melvin and his installation team are friendly and professional, thorough and detailed - and they also have a sense of humour! And Edith has provided the best feedback and customer service, keeping me informed and happy. My counter, sink and faucet really are gorgeous! I would recommend them to everyone!
