Just had two counter tops replaced and the service was excellent! Great communication on what were our responsibilities and also the scheduling of appointments. So different from our last experience with a different supplier.

Worst place ever. Terrible customer service. Location is hard to find. I called ahead of time mentioning that I was building a home and wanting to get a quote on the side. The receptionist told me to come in. After a 25 minute drive out there they mentioned in person they can’t give me a price quote because they work with my builder. So why not mention that BEFORE I drive out there. Don’t waste your time here. Edit * your response is false. You guys DID know I was working with the builder as I mentioned that on the phone BEFORE I came.

My wife and I went to Stonex and picked Alaska White granite for our kitchen and it looks great. We put a lot of time into searching for the countertops and my wife loved the stone options at Stonex. The sales staff were polite and very knowledgeable, plus the guys who came to measure and install the countertop did an excellent job. Overall we had a great experience with this company and plan to use them again when we renovate our bathrooms.

Huge waste of my time! Maybe you should get better staff.

I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews of Stonex! I dropped in a billion times before deciding on azul marino quartzite. The staff were very helpful and patient with me every time. I was incredibly impressed with their work. I've never seen a countertop fit so perfectly (1/16" gap on each side, if not less), and yet they got it in without a single mark on the walls! The stone itself is absolutely gorgeous - I will definitely be coming back here when we redo the kitchen!
