I am a contractor and this is the 1st time using Coronado and will definitely use them again - very professional, fast (quote, measure and install in a little over a week!) and do very nice work. They pay attention to the small details like matching the grain wherever possible, neat and clean caulking and vacuuming up the dust while they drill/cut. Thanks for the great job!

Excellent service. Great staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with out counters. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We purchased a granite countertop for our large bathroom vanity with an extra large under-mount sink. I purchased the sink separately online. Anyway, after visiting KW Countertop, Home Depot, Lowes, Rona, & Natural Stone City and getting quotes, I was very impressed with Coronado. Not only was Mary-Anne (the saleswoman) very friendly and helpful, but she was also very kind in letting us view the factory to look at slabs. Then, when Greg attended our home to do the template, he did it perfectly using a digital apparatus that takes photos and measurements and was in/out within 30 minutes. He was very polite and personable. Finally, the installers attended our home just as promised in early afternoon and did the work within 1.5 hours. They did not scratch or dent anything and left the stone nice and polished before leaving. They also left everything clean. I am therefore extremely happy to have used Coronado. Surprisingly, they were also the cheapest in price However, its the quality of service that was extra-ordinary. As much as price is very important, I was prepared to pay a bit more so long as I received quality work. I am not disappointed in the least! We will definitely be using Coronado to do our kitchen countertop in the near future. In terms of timing, we purchased our stone on Wednesday, Greg took the measurements (template) on the Friday and the stone was installed on the Monday---so, everything was done within 4 business days! Unheard of. Needless to say, I strongly recommend you drive out to their office in Ayr and strongly consider them for your granite/quartz/marble project. I must admit that when I read the reviews on Coronado, I was very suspicious because they all seemed too positive. Well, now I know why---I suspect the other reviewers were left with the same positive satisfaction that I was. I rarely provide reviews and usually only if I experience something negative, but I truly felt it appropriate to provide this positive review for Coronado since I know how stressful it is shopping for quality home renovation contractors and also want to reward a business that actually DOES put customer first and treats them well. Well done Coronado!

Competitive pricing combined with a referral from our cabinet maker contributed to us moving forward with Waterloo Stone Works. They installed our quartz on time and they were in and out in half a day. I was especially impressed with their technique for finishing the counter top joint in the corner. The seam is nearly camouflaged. I was also very pleased with the finish they achieved on the counter top edge. We had been told by other companies that due to the finish we chose (leathered) on a quartz top that the edge would need to be mitered so the edge and top would match in finish. Waterloo Stone Works was able to finish the edge without mitering it and we couldn't have been happier - who wants a mitered stone counter top edge? I contacted them to come and remove some silicone that was left over from the install and they promptly came to rectify the situation. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The install crew was fantastic. The fabrication of the counter top was absolutely spot on. They even polished the bottom of the island. The entire process was easy and professional. Everyone involved went above and beyond to ensure we were totally happy with every aspect of the job. I would recommend for everyone.
