My experience with Diamond Granite was amazing. The staff helped me pick out the quartz for our basement bar. I wanted something that looked like poured concrete and John (owner) assured me what I had chosen would be beautiful. Our bar is stunning. The guys that installed were very professional. Every time they had to do any cutting outside, they closed the garage door so that my husbands nice car would not get dirty. The gentleman that came to measure called my husband so he would know exactly what to do prior to them coming out. Love these guys! Thank you John for everything.

Went into get a quote for Marble. The female that helped us seemed borderline bothered that we asked for a quote. When asking about a price on the particular marble we were told they don’t charge by sq/ft or by the slab, so she couldn’t tell us. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted with measurements and were told she’d the quote to us in a day or two. A week later I finally received it. Needless to say by this time we had already booked with another company since there was no urgency and clearly no care for customer experience here.

They changed our slab for our island without talking to us. It has veins with colors we were trying to avoid. We had gone in no less than 5 times to choose our slabs but then changed it on us when the dimensions didn't work with what we picked out. This was after our layout meeting. No call or effort to work with us. Worst part about it was the owners lack of concern with our complaint. He offered us 200$ off of a 10' by 5' solid slab of granite! Had they called us and done another layout meeting we would have had them cut the hole for the sink in the spot that had the color we didnt like. It would have worked perfect and we would have been happy. Our complaint has nothing to do with the slab and everything to do with the fact that they didn't include us in the process after we had been so hands on up to that point.
