Gerald and Chris installed our granite this AM. They were extremely professional and polite. They were considerate and thorough in every aspect of installation from introducing themselves before they entered my home to clean up when they finished. Very detail oriented team. I hope they rest their backs later. I had a 10 foot plus long island piece that the two of them handled!!!!

Thank you Vas. We have a beautiful kitchen thanks to you. You said as soon as we met, that you would give me an unbeatable price and you did. It was our fourth stop and last. Should have come here first. Jon

Nightmare company to work with. Secretary Jill was rude setting everything up. (Also incorrectly told us we needed faucet for measure the night before so we ran out and rushed and bought it). Derek the measure guy then said “no way, we cut faucet holes on siteâ€. Manager Vickie was even worse. She laughed at me and said they didn’t need my business (this was 7 weeks after measure I was begging for a date for install) and that we should “just go somewhere elseâ€. She said the “measure guy doesn’t know anything about installâ€. She then HUNG UP on me. Installers were great and nice. I would never recommend them and should have reported to BBB but I’m not going to bother. They will tell you 2-3 weeks, we waited 8. Home Depot experience was otherwise very professional. Regional manager Mike at HD said they have been getting negative feedback re: Leonardo’s and he will “look into itâ€.

This is the best company in Michigan. The workers truly care about each customer and the quality of their work. I have Calcutta porcelain in my house and its exquisite. I’ve had it over 4 years now. This business is family run, everyone there actually care about what you want. I highly recommend this place! Leonardo offers many different aspects and modernistic ideas of the world into his work, which makes it unique!! Once again, the best place for custom artwork!!!!
