What can I say about a business that has always impressed me and has always met my needs and my client's needs, and always surpassed out expectations? I can say: "I highly recommend Premier Granite and it's fantastic staff for any of your hard surface needs". I'm an architect and have worked with Premier Granite for nearly 15 years now. We've created some beautiful work together and they've always exceeded my expectations when it came to choices of hard surfaces and installation. To be honest, I've always recommended Premier Granite to every single one of my clients because of consistency in high quality materials, friendly staff, fair pricing, and exceptional installation. Why go anywhere else? Walk in with the perfect kitchen or bath designed, or without any clue as to how to proceed, and in either scenario, the staff at Premier Granite will be exceptionally helpful and attentive to your every need.

Premier Granite & Stone lived up to its name. Premier in every way. Having purchased an entire kitchen from a big box retailer, we were guided to a Cranberry-based granite provider under a sole source contract with the big box retailer. We thought that with hundreds of kitchen and bath projects annually and knowing the big box retailer had the confidence to use only one granite provider in the Pittsburgh-metro area, surely this Cranberry-based granite provider would be top-notch. Not so. The Cranberry-based granite provider refused to accommodate a request and, when we asked the big box retailer to intervene and help us find another granite provider, we were told this was the only outfit they used and if we wanted someone else, we had to find our own. Having gone through an extensive bathroom renovation not even a year ago for which we used Premier to execute a small portion of the work, my husband reached out to Premier to see if they would be willing to step in and take over in the midst of the chaos. Thankfully, they did. From the first phone call to install took only 3 weeks. Premier was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Premier stepped into a difficult situation and eased through it without a hiccup. Would I use Premier again in my own home? Absolutely. And, as luck would have it, we will be renovating the second kitchen in our home and Premier will be the one and only call we make for granite countertops.

We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and bathroom and the personalized service we received. From the first time we met Carmine and the team at Premier we were impressed with the knowledge, the vision, and the expeditious manner in which they worked. The execution was impeccable and the final product has received rave reviews from family and friends. I must say that the customer service we received was second to none. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years and this team is truly the best.

The BEST! Artie is AMAZING! Didn't use them to install granite originally. Ended up very unhappy with who did use. We ended up having a problem, and Premier stepped in and fixed it. Super competent and professional. Will definitely only use this company for all my of granite needs in the future. Many thanks!!

I had heard about company through Angie's List, sent them message with picture of my sink that fell from the granite countertop (original work done by another company), with it being right after the holidays I figured they would be extremely busy, but they had someone at my house within the hour to fix it and cheaper than other places. They did exactly what I asked and cleaned up after the work was done. I am very happy and will refer them to anyone I can. Great work, caring people!
