Great experience! Nadine was a pleasure to deal with and the installation was smooth and the gentlemen were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Zero Follow-up My husband and I went in on December 18 2017. We were completing the final touches of a kitchen reno and were looking at quotes and weighing the pros and cons of granite over quartz. I give it a 2 star, because the staff member who greeted us when we came in was very kind and showed us around the warehouse portion and helped us find a beautiful piece. Following that tour, we were told to email the (owner?) lady in charge of sales with measurements and we would get a quote. I emailed them a detailed measurement listing that same day, around 2pm. Then we waited. I called them on Thursday, the girl who answered the phone informed me that yes, they had received the email, and yes, the lady who should call will call me back with a quote. I told her that I understood it was close to Christmas, and I understand they have Christmas shut down, but I would like to get the ball rolling and maybe set up an install date for the new Year. I'm still waiting on that call back. It's now March 1'st 2018. Good thing we went with Aussie Stone.. They replied same day, and installed 2 weeks after New Years!!!

Never got my quote after several phone calls back and forth. They said they would send it and just never did.

We told them we wanted to see our granite before they cut it. We received a call telling us that it was cut and that they couldn't get a hold of us, even though we left them 3 phone #'s which we didn't have a message on any of them.
