Granite counter with large undermount stainless steel sink installed in December. Unfortunately the sink fell out into the drawer below after silicone sealant gave way 7 months later. Called them and 2 men were at my house within 4 hours to reinstall sink and add extra strapping. We live in a different city to any Stonex location as well. Very happy with the quick service and the concerned and friendly staff both in the office and those who did the repair. Thanks to Lucy, Mike and Giorgio.

We recently had Stonex install granite countertops in our kitchen a few months back and overall we are very happy with the product. The prices are also fair compared with the competitors. Stonex has a good selection of granite and quartz and the staff was also very easy to communicate with. The kitchen looks amazing! Looking forward to replacing the counters in all four washrooms aswell!

The product was good, as we expected. The price was OK, not spectacular. The office support was poor, we had the feeling we were inconveniencing the staff. We really didn't like their attitude to payment. I'm happy to pay in advance, but I expect to pay the last payment after I have determined that all work has been done properly. They demanded a credit card payment for the first installment, which was OK, but then I sent a cheque for the second payment, and told them that I did not want them using my credit information, and would give them a final cheque when the job was completed. They said this was fine, but then took the payment from my credit card without my permission. I would be very careful about making financial arrangements with this company.

Great selection of available stone, up front about what they can and can not do. Helpful in meeting our project needs and resonable prices in comparison to other countertop places. Staff is friendly and easy to get ahold of, showroom is neat and well organized as well. Can not comment on installation however, as project is not complete to date.

Had been shopping around for a while and what initially led me to choose Stonex was their turnaround time. I had found some nice stones at other places around town but Stonex were the only ones to meet our deadline. We went back and forth on a few different kinds but decided on a really nice granite (Quartz was originally what we wanted). The workman ship was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The countertops just bring so much to our kitchen. Office gals are very friendly and we're able to answer all of my wife & I's questions we had thoughtout the whole process. Will definitely be going back in the future.
