We had our install today of granite, and our installers, Craig and Alex did a fantastic job. The seam is almost unnoticeable, and they were very knowledgeable. We had a slight scheduling issue at first, but the end result was great. Ben, please thank your entire crew who helped pull off the quick turnaround.

I have had a terrible experience on two different occasions this summer. Never had a problem with Solid Surface but since they have been take over by Premier, they are not up to par. I am still fighting for refund for holes they didn't drill and they say they cant offer a refund. No answer on why. They did offer a discount on a future project but can offer no amount. I will not be giving them another job. The communication is not at all up to the standard I would expect.

Natisha Torres provided excellent service! The only complaint I have is we never got a call to set up an appointment to see the quartz slab. If they called they never left a message. We finally just stopped by the showroom.

We spent over $6000 for a portion of our counters w solid surface. Ellie was our sales person. When I was inquiring about the installation and seems her response to me was “I don’t know what you do for a living ma’am but we do this all the time”. She was dismissive and not helpful at all. I emailed her boss Ben Allen, twice and called him twice. I received no response from him. I finally got in touch with the installation manager who in under 10 minutes explained and showed me how the seams would work. The two young gentleman who installed the counters were fine – very nice - but not enough to make up for the sales dept. I guess since the product was half paid for and the sale was already made they didn’t care. I would not work with this company as they simply don’t care - extremely arrogant. I used another company for the remaining countertops in my kitchen and experienced the total opposite

Based on the reviews i saw online, i really wanted to give this company a shot at our counter-tops. I sent in a request for an appointment using their Rochester, NY website, It is 14 days later and I still have not received any sort of response, call, or email. We have signed on with another company to do the work. Stay away from this company if you expect great customer service on a kitchen component that is so important and expensive. Update: After posting this review online, this company contacted me. They asked that i give them a chance, but at that point i was already signed with another company to do our countertops. Ben at Premier Surfaces was extremely nice about explaining this mishap, and assured me that this type of 'missed lead' will not happen again with their company.
