Just had Eric and his crew do our whole kitchen and we are more than in love with how it came out!!! We did not want counter that looked like granite, but wanted something to bring together our style of old farm house mixed with industrial modern. Eric nailed it! Right down to our customized slope next to the sink for a drying rack. And another added bench made of concrete in our foyer hall tree! Definitely recommend them!!

I recently chose Solid State Concrete to fabricate my kitchen countertop, and I couldn't be happier. The owner Justin and his crew were very helpful and courteous through every step of the process, from choosing the right product for my needs all the way down to installation and support after the sale. They are a quality firm that places a priority on providing top-notch customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I can't even begin to explain how fortunate I was to use Solid State Concrete Design for my new dental office in Victor, NY! I wanted a concrete counter top at my front desk area and went out to their showroom to select a color. Justin was so helpful with his attention to detail I was very impressed with his great customer service. There really were numerous shades of gray to choose from and with his help - the one we picked out worked perfectly. The best thing that happened to me while I was there however, was discovering all of the fantastic sinks that they make. These sinks are really more like a conversation piece and THEN a place to wash your hands. I picked a sink out aptly named "the erosion sink", that looks like an empty pond - it is literally my absolute favorite part of my new office! Instead of people talking about how much they don't want a root canal - instead they come out of the bathroom and say "Wow, what a cool sink!". The sink had to be handicapped accessible so they even researched how they could make this happen, made adjustments accordingly and ouila - done! I went out with the faucet I had picked out and Eric made sure it would work ok. I mean these guys really care about the product they make and that you are completely happy with it. They even called me a few weeks after opening to check and make sure I was happy with every thing - who does that anymore??!! Anyways - if you are looking for concrete anything - I truly think you will just love the experience from beginning to end.

I can only assume these other two reviews are either fake or colleagues. Either way our experience with solid state was one of the worst Ive ever had with a company that did work for my house. Not only is their "bedside manner" horrible but they never communicate when things are running late or not going as expected. The product seems to be no better or worse than any competitor but the big difference is how these shysters do business. Stay away!!!
