We bought a fixer upper, to say the least. After we installed a walk in shower, we had some cracking in the base because we did not add the proper substrate. Well....this crew not only agreed to fix it for a reasonable price (which they could have easily refused), they conducted themselves very respectfully and professionally. But that is not why I am writing this review. After about a year or so, I noticed some cracking that developed after the fix. My heart sank and I was reluctant to call again because I knew that the problem was with the original installation. (My fault, remember). After dealing with so many chalortrans during our home repairs, I truly feared the worst. But each and every time I called, the receptionist was very reassuring that the warranty was still valid. They eventually same down and fixed the minor cracking and it’s been several months since the second repair and it is holding up well. My point is that Scott and Peter (I think that’s his name) were terrific. They are a quality small business, which is a breath of fresh air. They stood by their work and I highly recommend their service due to their honorable and quality work. Thanks, guys.

We called Miracle Method to refinish our tub, tile and floor. Mark (the manager) was great! However, the lead technician Peter finished the job and did not spray over the yellow prep caulk. He stated it was normal for the caulk to turn yellow. I was disappointed the final job was not all white, but did not call to complain until two years later, when the white on the tiles started peeling. Miracle Method was quick to fix the issue. Thomas, the tech they sent, was friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was done correctly this time around. My tub and surrounding tile is sparkling white. Could not be happier!

To make a long story short, Miracle Method did a wonderful job on a very outdated bathroom. It all started out a bit rough, but ended on a happy note. The first employee that came in made some mistakes, unbeknownst to Miracle Method. We had a brand new tile surround installed, refinishing on the surface of the steel tub, and all new hardware (faucet, shower head, drain) installed. When the job was "complete," I had several concerns. The first man on the job simply was not cut out for this kind of work and it showed in his craftsmanship. I decided to call Mark, the manager at Miracle Method. He came out to my house, reviewed the finished job and was also disappointed at what had happened. Two weeks later, he had a new employee at my house who made everything right. Any company that will go above and beyond to satisfy their customer is A+ in my book. We love our new bathroom. It looks amazing and everything works wonderfully. I would recommend Miracle Method to anyone considering an update to older tubs or showers.

Grayson refinished our tiled shower surround, our tub, and our tile in the kitchen. He was in our home from May 1-3, 2017. He also did alot of extra tile work for us. I was extremely nervous about having the refinishing work done in the bathroom because we are undergoing a complete renovation and I was worried about the work being performed without the wall prep being done on the adjacent walls. He was wonderful and set my mind at ease. He explained everything thoroughly and did an impeccable job, both on the bathroom and kitchen. There was a miscommunication of which I was totally to blame but Grayson took care of it immediately and graciously. I am very particular and Grayson's craftsmanship was nothing short of excellent. He was professional but at the same time very friendly and not at all intrusive which is quite an accomplishment as I care for an elderly relative, and he made what I anticipated to be a difficult situation extremely seamless. Thank you Miracle Methods for sending us such a wonderful technician. Joanne
