If you enjoy dealing with companies who accepts your money, misses all deadlines, fails to deliver when promised and forces you to chase them for information then this is the company for you! We made a significant purchase of 40+ linear feet of countertop and were promised three weeks for delivery and install. We placed a deposit (early May 2017) for their full asking price and did not negotiate a "best price" deal because this was a larger job and we wanted timelines met. Three weeks pass and no countertop. We called and were told of supply problems for one critical piece. Should the customer be required to investigate on a delivery failure? We are told, "Next week we will have the part and will get it done." Week 4 then 5 pass and we HAVE TO CALL THEM for information. Where is the countertop? We have to ask them to deliver whatever pieces they have ready to go. Why should the customer have to tell the contractor how to proceed? We had NO kitchen countertop whatsoever for more than one month. Thankfully, the installer shows up with some of the product to get us back on track to a semi-funtional state. Weeks 6-9 are a gong-show of misdirection, redirection and B.S. failure until install day for the sacred island and kitchen sink! Finally (mid July 2017) when the critical piece (island with sink) are ready to deliver and install, the installer (Mark) and his crew save the day (hence the stars). The fabricators and install staff are very talented, polite, clean and thorough. Too bad the office, purchasing and communications team lack needed skills. In the end, we received a decent product and a quality installation. If you are looking for a company with open communication and ethical practice, I suggest you look for someone else to supply your product. They provided no recourse for failing to communicate their delays and meet their own timelines. When we requested due consideration for their delay and failures, we received excuses about their supplier and an offer of a Tim Horton's card. Their biggest concern was not the breakdown on the transaction. It was the possibility of a negative online review. Image over service! I chose to warn future customers.
