We found this company a few years ago and was impressed with their service for a small bathroom vanity. We went there for a quote for our kitchen counter tops and after listening to us Mario showed us a slab that was exactly what we were looking for at a price far better than we expected. Days later it was measured, cut and installed and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We highly recommend Mario, Simon and Chris and this company.

Discount disaster...During a whole house upgrade (before moving in) we purchased an "L" shaped kitchen quartz counter-top from them. They originally asked for a cheque made out to the quartz supplier which I provided, not thinking too much about it. Installation day came. They were professional and nice but a very dark line on the material at the joint (manufactures fault) meant that they had to replace it. They didn't however. They re-cut it, and returned a few days later reinstalled it and of course it didn't fit very well, overhangs were off and the kitchen sink was no longer centred on the cabinet ( 3/4" out). I wasn't too happy but agreed to slight reduction in the bill. I wrote them a cheque for the other half of the bill, they said they had a problem with cheques so I paid in cash. Mario went to his truck to get an invoice didn't have any and said he would mail me one...nope. To add insult to injury when we peeled the plastic off the material we found a fine 18" crack on a corner, they must have dropped it. Mario (DISCOUNT GRANITE) won't resolve this issue. The last time I spoke to him he told me I should just forget about it. I looked at small claims court but people I have spoken to have said its a waste of time. So this means that my only way of dealing with this is to hope a few people may not pay for their services. You might get a cost savings but sloppy workmanship, questionable billing practices and failure to resolve known issues should be a deal breaker.
