This has been by far The worst experience working with any company! Cutting Edge has horrible communication. Navreen, the sales agent was professional when selling the item, once the sale was made and my husband and I invested 5 grand, she became very unprofessional. The lack of communication and effort in serving her customers was what we experienced. Once I contacted Maxwell, a manager for cutting edge, he seemed so concerned. We communicated at least 3 times. He said he was on vacation, and when he returned Monday he would contact me. It’s been 2 weeks and he still hasn’t contacted me. I’m so baffled on the way these employees deal with their customers. Especially ones that have invested a large amount of money. Do not work with cutting edge, the lack of communication and interest will definitely frustrate you!!

From beginning to end, working with Cutting Edge was amazing. They did what they said they were going to do, they called when they said they were going to call, they showed up when they said they would show up. All of that sounds simple but in today's world, it makes a huge difference. Customer service is fading but not at this company. Everything went according to plan and we couldn't be happier with our new counters. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them. Hey! We even got a coffee cup! Thank you for a job well done.

When you do home improvement many of us can do certain things, but there are things you need to leave to the professionals. When you do that you try to learn as much as you can so you understand the process, can make the right decisions and not get taken advantage of. Working with everyone from sales to appointments, to measuring and installation was a great experience. The communication was outstanding, showing up for appointments when they say they would (call you when they are 30 minutes away), and completing the work in short order made this one of the most enjoyable experiences of hiring professional home improvement people ever. Our kitchen looks amazing, they even handled our modifications from the current kitchen setup without complaint and spent the time explaining our options! Would highly recommend them to anyone within reach of their many locations.

Jennifer W. was great to work with as we made our decision on which granite piece to purchase. Tamara S. was excellent about responding promptly when we were reviewing and finalizing the countertop order! Matt, who came to measure, answered questions that were asked of him about measuring/installation/quality of work, etc. He was very thorough in the measuring process and we appreciated that. Nice guy. Chris and Eric, the installers, were on time, also very courteous, and did their tear-out and installation procedures with professionalism--- and in a timely manner--- they answered questions and concerns very well; they were organized and pleasant/fun to talk with, and did an excellent job overall. (Eric did an especially great job with the seams.......which were a real concern for us when ordering this granite for our kitchen.) An overall GREAT experience from start to finish, and we definitely recommend Cutting Edge Countertops when looking for a great company to work with.

I am know on my second order through Cutting Edge. They were referred to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Jennifer at the Macomb office. She went over an above to help us pick out quartz last fall and the granite this week. I also referred my sister there and she also has had a wonderful experience. Love Jennifer, Love the work the do. The young man that measured last fall was very polite, and the installers were very nice. Overall a great experience from some one that never has any luck with contractors. Thanks Cutting Edge!!!
