I cannot express how happy and impressed I am with this place. I’m a young man 26 and was looking at several places for granite to finish my kitchen remodel in my condo. Being a young guy it’s pretty common to be pushed around with prices and answered with beat around the bush responses. However when I was at discount granite I was treated completely unbiased by my age. I was shown awesome granite and designs to benefit my needs. They were not the cheapest in every place I looked but also not the most expensive. After purchasing they scheduled a visit for measurements and were in time. 2 weeks later they came and installed. Again on time. While in the process of installing the intstallers had come across a snag. The back slash was off just a tad. Instead of making me wait weeks or deal with a bad cut they went straight to the shop. Re-polished and re-cut. in less than 2 1/2 hours they were back and done! I will forever highly recommend this place to everyone and will myself be returning for gutter updates/ new projects. Thank you guys! My kitchen is beautiful!

They made a beautiful windowsill for us, but when it came to the vanity top, the piece is not level at all. There is a weird curve upward about 85% of the way down the length of the slab. Seeing this everyday is going to annoy me for the next 20 years! We like this place a lot, so we will be calling on Monday to discuss the craftsmanship on this piece. We are still going to use them for the kitchen, in hopes this doesn't happen with the Quartzite we have saved.

Mixed review. First install was great in my kitchen, second install in my kids bath was okay; sort of. Installers left a water supply leaking and it resulted in my celling beneth to be damaged, however, in order to make it up they offer a discount on my countertop for my master bath. Good right? Install was to take a place a week ago. Well; they were a no show. Perhaps wires crossed. They showed up a week after. I know that they do not do any plumbing. I unhooked all the lines and even turn the main off. after they showed up they refused to install the countertop because the the preasure fittings were still in place. I took the preasure fitings off as well and now they are demanding I have a plumber out before they show. Really??? I was exeedingly irritated and I trying really hard not to be unfairly harsh. After several conversations they agreed to again come out. I think that the store has good quality products and try to serve the Waterford community in good faith, however, the business can use a better mindset when it comes to customer service. As it is a lost two vacation days and could have lost a third not to mention the irritation of the whole deal. At the end of the Katie made it right, So would I recomend this business? I would say yes. Sooner or later all business have issues and what is important is how businesses make it right.

I have mixed feelings here. Amy and John were very good to deal with from the beginning. I was especially pleased with the turnaround time as I had the new counters installed within 3 weeks of my first visit. The installers were very cordial but one of them cut through a water line which caused me to call an emergency plumber to come fix it. Cost $89. The installers were very embarrassed and apologetic for the error. Overall they seemed to do a pretty good job but did have issues installing supports for the under mount sink. After a few tries they figured it out. Also, The counter tops didn't quite fit properly so they had to do some cutting and grinding to get them in. My other beef was that they took my garbage disposal when they took the old counters. I didn't realize it until the following Sunday when I was installing the new faucet. Cost of new disposal $200. Now I love the look of the new quartz counters and I feel the price was reasonable so that's why I'm giving them a 3 rating. I had a houseful of granite installed at my last home by another company and that company received a 5 rating from me. I just don't feel comfortable giving them more than a 3 on this job.
