I selected a really nice piece of quartzite from their vast selection. I asked for and was promised the counter to be cut from a specific section of that piece. This did not happen. They made a pattern to make the top fit it's location without use of back splashes. The pattern was not used and back splashes were necessary. The back splashes were thinned unevenly and don't fit properly. The walls were claimed to be the issue. My carpenter square tells a different story. Now instead of enjoying my counter top it is a daily reminder of expensive and poor customer service. I got the impression that my single top was not really important to them . If you have a big job maybe you will do better with them.

This was my first remodel project and a somewhat complex one. Having been a Quality Manager, my expectations were very high. I couldn't have been in better hands than with Firenza Stone's Team! I wanted to enjoy the process of redesigning our Fireplace, Kitchen, Laundry room, Master and Spare Baths as much as living with the results. I can say without a doubt that the stonework done by the Firenza team was one of the most efficient processes in our complex remodel to complete! I wanted to break the traditional straight cabinet lines, jutting cabinets, dropping corners, while taking advantage of beautiful rust colored stranding in two completely different stones. Their professional team was VERY patient, listened to my wishes, enhanced our project via suggestions and solid recommendations, came up with designs that met our budget, hit EVERY promise date given and completely cleaned up before leaving! They carefully handled our petrified wood stone, laid out our bookend matched bathroom stones and surrounding stone for maximum effect in each and every room! I asked for help with a sunken, yet drained trough in front of our waterfall window, for my orchids so that the pots could not be seen... only the leaves, stems and flowers. They made that happen! They did everything they could to improve contractor delayed dates and actually salvaged a design error (unrelated to Firenza) within hours that could have been a very costly disaster. They walked us through every step of the process, communicated clearly and met EVERY expectation and then some. They really care and took pride in the results! I did NOT feel like "just another customer!" I would rate the ease and efficiency of working with their team, a TEN on a scale of 1 to 5! Perfectionists would be the best way to describe them! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience!

We had a very positive experience with the installation of our granite kitchen countertops from Firenza Stone. From the showroom experience with Marcy, to the layout and measuring done by Mark, to the scheduling done by Kristen and to the entire installation team we were completely satisfied and would highly recommend Firenza Stone. We were promised that the installation would be complete by Thanksgiving and it was done in plenty of time!

My wife and I have used Firenza for multiple projects over the years, and our last one was a new kitchen. Mike and his staff were amazing in dealing with all of our questions and concerns. Their product and staff are second to none. I highly recommend Firenza to anyone looking to add granite, quartz or any other stone product to their house.

I have never been to or used this company for work but I know that the owners have a big heart and I believe that that speaks to integrity. They helped a very deserving lady who has experienced more than her fair share of life challenges. To afford a kitchen that was otherwise Out Of Reach. Kudos to you for doing the right thing and giving back to your community to an individual who has given themselves to the community selflessly and been dealt such a difficult hand in life.
