Had a few issues with being communicated with in a timely manner at the beginning of the process, but I had several good experiences as well. Prices were great/had exactly what I needed Everyone was super nice from the front desk to my sales rep. The guy who laid out the template was especially nice. The installers were on time and did a fantastic job. They were very nice as well. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and plan to use Konkus on a much larger project next year.

Lots of options in their remnants area, professional staff to help you out. I needed to replace a marble windowsill and was able to find something close to match. Took about 8 business days to get the piece cut and polished.

This is the fifth time this year I have used Konkus for my stone selection and I have been extremely satisfied each time. From the extraordinary customer service with Amber Starrett and Amy at the front desk to the high quality of the template and installation team and their attention to every detail As a matter of fact my hardscape contractor commented it was the most professional and highest quality granite installers he has ever worked with!

Have used this company twice now. Great experiences both times. No issues in any step of the process. Thanks Konkus!
