Jazz came out to measure counters for my outdoor kitchen. He was at my house a short time and all he kept saying was “he has been doing this for 20 years”. I thought I was in good hands. I was wrong! The counter tops were installed and I didn’t have 3” overhangs to cover my under counter lights like I requested, the bar area overhang was cut short, the slab was not set straight, the seams were terrible, one inside edge was not polished and had a weird notch cut in it. The customer service to try and resolve went to a he said she said debate and of course him saying “I’ve been doing this for 20 years”. I would highly advise not using them as they don’t listen to the customer at all. And heaven forbid you have a problem they will never admit they made a mistake.

I bought Vintage granite slab and it was big I could not inspect all the area. After installation I am seeing so many broken pieces put together. Many many cracks and surface chips. Don't go to this shop.

BEWARE!!!! They ordered the wrong color granite even though we ordered it in person and worked with only ONE slab/color the entire time in the store. They sent us to Tile & Stone Works to place the order (and called over to the store to confirm the granite was in stock) - apparently between the time we left the store and got to Tile & Stone Works, the wrong color name was given to them. We signed for the wrong color... not even knowing the colors exact name (since, remind you, we only looked at ONE slab) and trusted our sales rep! How are we, as customers, supposed to know the exact name of the slab unless you explain it to us? I'm a new homeowner ... that is your job, to help me!! We are supposed to trust a reputable company customer service team to do their job! Now, I am working with Tile & Stone Works because Perfect Marble will not do anything about the wrong order stating it is because we signed for it! This is NOT our fault and I am appalled by the customer service. This company is NOT "Perfect", they are scam artists! They will blame you if not done right... and Brittani, the customer service rep, should own up to her mistake! Guyatri had a huge attitude and pretty much yelled at me the entire time on the phone and wouldn't listen to anyone. This company has no clue how to handle anything and blames the customer- even when it is Perfect's fault! I will make sure I tell anyone I can who needs to remodel a home NOT to go through this company! If they could have owned up to the mistake and refunded me or provide a slab that is comparable, this wouldn't be an issue (Thank you Tile & Stone Works- they did it for us!) But, avoiding me and telling us we signed for the wrong color when this hideous color they ordered was never even discussed (nor was the color name I wanted ever told to us) is not the right way to handle it! I agree, don't sign for something you don't want - but we trusted the rep and she should have shown a sample to confirm so this does not happen! Do your job! Supposedly we were supposed to "tag" our slab and a deposit doesn't hold it- so the initial slab I wanted was sold in the meantime! (Tagging was never even discussed). Sometimes, remodels can be overwhelming and we look for you, as specialists, to help us with that process! They can say what they want to this review and point fingers but we know exactly what they're doing! There are plenty of other granite/stone places to go through, buyers.. look elsewhere!
