Horrible product and service. Electrical fire, Gas leak, stripped out screws everywhere. Refused to fix anything under brand new warranty. Liars and cheats

My 84 year old dad purchased Plateau Mercedes Benz a couple weeks ago. He is now in AZ. The electric bed failed the first night. He has been calling Pleasureway since then. They sent him a part which did not fix the problem. I think they could do more. We shall see. Stay tuned.

My husband Bert and I have been Pleasure-Way owners since 2004. We love our Plateau TS. It has taken us to many great places , and now has over 143,000 K on the odometer. We have made some wonderful new acquaintances through the Eastern Owners Club, and really enjoy the rallies, a great one just last weekend. Service from Pleasure-Way for any of the small problems we had was great. The workmanship on our vehicle as well as all others is topnotch, none better. We are looking forward to our next rally in Hershey. Once again, Thank You for all the great work you do.

We bought a new Pleasureway Traverse Van in November 2011. The problems started on our first trip with it down to the southern states in the spring of 2012. We hit upon a rain storm and the van had 7 leaks from the doors/windows, the roof and the canvas. Our experience with Pleasureway in trying to get this fixed has not been good. They have not offered to pay for this. We have also discovered many issues in the camperized part of the van that are due to poor workmanship. We have had leaks under the sink, the screens on the windows have gaps, the stove does not fit properly into the space, the stove has issues in lighting, sharp edges on top ceiling not covered by the trim, the panels on the doors of the van are pulling away, the fridge door is warping, the canvas has started to mildew due to the leaking which looks like it was doing so before we bought it as the roof has water stains on it and the canvas is greased stained from the hydraulic lifts. The stitching on the canvas around the windows does not totally catch the material leaving loose areas. Also the material on the curtains is very skimpy leaving gaps when closed plus a few other issues. We have written Pleasureway and they have not offered to pay for any of the above. They have suggested we take it somewhere for assessment, but have not offered to pay for this. We have had pop-up vans for years and have never had so many issues. We are very disappointed with this new camperized van!!!
