Love the store and the staff. Always look forward to a trip to Tandy and probably spend too much time up and down the aisles. Lots of product, good quality, organized well, and clean. As a beginner leatherworker I rely on the help from the knowledgeable staff, they are ready to assist and pleasant to deal with. The store changed the pricing structure since the last time I was in. Perhaps they had the small time hobbyist in mind instead of the higher volume worker when they made this change. Or just simplifying things. Either way I believe it is a positive change, and I was happy to see it. I have to mention! I arrived at the store this morning 15 minutes before they opened and was more than content to wait until it opened. The gentleman noticed I was waiting in the parking lot and opened up the store early. Just made my day! This is how customer service is done. Thanks Tandy.

Have been shopping here for years, as their staff and leather prices have me coming back time and time again. They go out of their way to help you with any project from start to finish. The people who left 1 star reviews honeslty just sound like over entitled p$+#ks. If you need help, maybe ask?! I've never not been greeted, and maybe mention what kind of leather your working with before you assume someone will just know, everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable. And if you DO have an honest to goodness complaint, maybe try voicing it to the staff themselves so they can do their best to try and remedy the situation before you blast them on the internet? If you're interested in leather, this is the place to go. Period. Customer service is outstanding.
