We have been working on a patio renovation and the staff at Whitemud have guided us through the whole process. Their staff are knowledgeable and keen to help with any question or issue that comes up. Their prices are competitive as well. We will never go elsewhere for landscape supplies and advice!

The staff is really helpful here. The prices are reasonable, and they have whatever you're looking for.

Good service and very informative staff. I use this place for all my yard suppliers

Very pleased with the service here. Ordered all of my sod for front and backyard for my neighbours and my house. It arrived on time and was excellent quality. The staff were patient and respectful.

We pre-ordered sod to be pick up at a certain time. We arrived on time, but had to wait awhile as it was not ready, slightly annoying. There was a $25 fee for having the sod put on a pallet, this fee was refundable upon return of the pallet. This would have been fine, but the employee did not tell us this when we were paying. Once the fee was noticed on the bill I personally went back to the shop to see if this could be negotiated as it was not made clear to bring back the pallet, and we had to drive right past the building to dispose of it ourselves. The employee was not helpful in the slightest or apologetic for the miscommunication and actually stated that he wasn't going to argue if it was made clear or not at time of purchase. Apparently they don't care about going above and beyond for their clients. Also, when we were unloading the sod at our home a mouse ran out of the pallet and is now living in our neighborhood. When I shared this information with the employee they said well it comes from the farm, we can't do anything about that. I would rather go somewhere else where the customer is appreciated and they are willing to go out of their way to go the extra mile. Since there are so many landscaping places to try, we will not be back. ** In reply to your reply to my original message, the most frustrating thing is that you did not accept that it was your staff's error that we were not properly notified of the sod pallet return policy. It does not take much to take ownership of a problem and go the extra mile without loosing a profit. The fact that you wrote about loosing money in your reply tells me that you value a mere $25 over potential long-term client satisfaction. Again I will be taking my business elsewhere.**
