I agree with the most resent review here. I talked to airdrie canvas on the phone about my need for awning canvas for my trailer. They told me it takes 7 days to arrive so to keep that in mind when ordering. I placed an order 15 days prior to my camping trip. 10 days passed and I hadn’t heard from them. I called and they told me that it would probably be shipped any day now. I informed them that I will be leaving on a camping trip and need it with in the next 4 days. I called back the next day several times with no answer. I drove out from Calgary to talk to them and the lady at the front desk just blamed their supplier. As a company they didn’t take any responsibility for the fact that it had been double the time frame they promised. After leaving the store I was contacted by phone by them and they told me that they always tell their customers that it’s two weeks delivery time. Which was a lie. If they had of been honest the first time I would have ordered it a month out instead of two weeks. I ended up leaving for my two week camping trip with out the canvas. I had a friend go pick it up when it arrived. Over all it was a very poor business model. They never once offer solutions. Instead blamed it on their supplier and let on like I should have known to order it sooner. There are other companies that supply the same product. I doubt they are as difficult to deal with.

BEST costumer service I have received in a long time! I called to explain my issues I was seeing with my wall tent. Explained that I could bring the tent down, but lived 3.5hr away. When I showed up, ALL the staff was there to help me out, in less than 3 hours I was back on the road for home. And that included a last minute sewing project that Michelle knocked out of the park for me. THANK YOU ALL at Airdrie Canvas for the superior service and quality of products.

Edit after reply from airdrie canvas: I don't appreciate you lying to me again. My review is not changing unless this ongoing issue and your lies stop. I was told 7 days or less. Never once did anyone say 10 days or i would not have ordered it from you... thanks for lying again. And I'm not the only person delayed on this trip, more reviews soon to come if you can't start being honest and helpful.. Was told a week or less to get my new awning fabric. It's been more then a week. Holiday Plans have now been delayed. Just called in And They have no clue how much longer I have to wait. Im just sitting in my trailer waiting for there phone call so I can hit the road.

High Quality of work. Professional staff. Price was close to estimate. They sell small stove and hunting style tent. They do not always call back, my repair order took longer than anticipated. I would had appreciated if they could have ordered the canvas first thing before I made it up the queue and then realized I needed a bigger piece than what they had. I recommend this place. They fix tent trailer bed cover amd hybrid trailer cover.
