Great staff and product selection. The Premium Garden Mix is the best in the city!

I have made numerous purchases at the Balzac location, near my business location. The staff have been polite and helpful. Chad Anderson one of the outdoor yard staff has bent over backwards to assist me with most of my transactions and I am very please to say you couldn't be assisted by a better employee. He just went above and beyond in customer service. I don't usually post feedback, but felt this post was very important. Thank You Chad

Decent product selection but some of the worst customer service around. The people here make you feel like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your money there. Sour faces and attitudes behind the counter are reminiscent of shopping in post-communist Eastern Europe. Not everyone there is like this but definitely some sour apples - pun intended. Their combination of pricing in cubic yards, tonnes, tons, and lbs is enough to make your head (and wallet) spin. Wouldn't be surprised if you get a gravel quote in rupees/stone. Indian rupees or Zelda rupees - you will find out at check-out. I called their main line to voice my issue but was told that I have to take up my complaint with the store manager. Everyone here is just passing the problem around. They told me that if I had a problem I should have just left the product at the store. This was somewhat difficult once your truck is all loaded up. Make sure to give the competition a try! I know I will.

i have used them in the past, so thought we would go back for garden dirt this yr. Yesterday before noon i called in to verify they would have garden soil for this weekend. The guy on the other end, who was in there call center, did not seem to be in the best of moods. When i asked him if the prices on the website were the actual prices, his response was , ya there abouts. When i asked why he said well it's raining what do you expect. I asked well it still should be the same because its by volume. His reply was that the rain makes it heavier so they charge according to the weight. This is totally unfair and the conversation went sideways so i ended up hanging up. I proceeded to call around and found that most of the other companies supplying dirt only charged by the yardage, not weight. After about an hour i phoned back to speak to the manager in regards to the guys attitude and demeanor on the phone. Her response was that all calls are recorded, and she was sure that it was all coming from my end of the conversation and not her staff's. That in it self has made me vow to never ever use BURNCO ever again, also reinforcing my position that i WILL make it known to all that i speak to about BURNCO will know how they treat and DO NOT VALUE there customers.

Had a delivery set up for today, but my car broke down. They told me thaty it costs me a delivery fee to hold my delivery for 1 day because they don't have their own drivers. Cancellation costs the delivery fee as well. I'd give 0 stars but can't. Garbage company with a horrible system.
