Went in for small run about a 100 units of shipping box foam. Custom cut. Was recommended by instabox, so i drove around a bit to get here. They took my info but they couldnt even call to say they could or couldnt do it. Proper customer service isnt replying to a google review to save you, its taking care of your customer. Thanks for nothing.

I worked there as a temp in 2022 when I lived in Calgary...This company is extremely serious about their products Gary and Brad are great people. Brad is the Hank Hill of foam he lives and breathes foam!!!! Serious if I was in the market for anything foam I would drive from Vegreville to Calgary for their services!!!!!!! They are the best at what they do with a great team backing them!!!!!! Also good to work for.

Brad has been great to deal with. He talked me through the options and their huge selection to find just the right product for the job. Excellent quality and consistency with the work custom cutting everything exactly to size. Very competitive pricing on things too. Also, to reiterate one of the other reviews- I definitely felt the "no job is too small" vibe. One caveat is I think sometimes they get a bit busy, and it did take an extra day or so longer than quoted to turn around an order. So do check in if you're tight on timelines. Brad was great at responding with updates though.

I needed a 3-piece mattress for my minivan, with 3 different sizes. They made it perfectly. The foam quality is really good, as the price. They don't try to sell you the most expensive product, they are attentive to your needs and find the best solution for you. Super professional, I'm very happy ! I recommend 100% this place !

The boyfriend and I had been looking for a new mattress for our RV. After shopping around, we finally found Sureline Foam. We were lucky enough to deal with the owner Brad, who helped us find the product that met our needs and even let us watch our foam be cut to the exact size. Exceptional customer service. Brad went out of his way to help us. Strongly recommend Sureline Foam for any of your foam needs. No job is too big or too small for them.
