Smaller than it's American counterparts. The staff is consistently friendly, and technically they have all the sections the US versions do, but where I have adapted to many stores offering less here in the North than the Southern counterparts, Michael's is a tough one to get used to. The Aaron Brothers framing does a good job, but even the frame selection is less here.

I'm not very happy with the service earlier. I bought four wool yarns, two with 50% coupons and two in original price. I decided to return the two with original price. The cashier returned me the sale price so I went back to let her know. Common sense, who will actually return 50% off items and keep the original price items? She told me they usually return the first one on the receipt. I was very confuse as she made it seem like it was my problem. Should I know that the store only pick the top items on the receipts for return? She asked the manager how to fix it and didn't seem happy and I was actually kind enough to say sorry about that. Shouldn't she apologize instead of the other way around? I'm just not very happy with her attitude! This is the first time I had this problem.

All crafting items in one place. Make sure to sign up for email promotions. The emails range from 20% to 50% off coupons.

It was pretty good! As long as I go fast through the cashier, I am good.
