Not a customer, but I'm pretty familiar with the company. Comfortek designs and manufactures the chairs they sell. Their chairs are extremely well made. Most will probably outlive the building they're purchased for. If you need well made seating for your business or organization, you'll be hard pressed to find a better option.

Good communication during all stages of planning and purchase of 220 chairs for our church. Delivered on schedule. Good product exactly as advertised - comfortable and they look great!

We ordered 156 chairs with racks and a dolly and received same. In good order. However, though we received everything we KNEW was coming, and signed off on it, we were not aware that there would be an extra box (or boxes) with a complimentary steamer and extra glides for the chairs and instructions. Although these were listed on the packing slip, our Chariman did not verify that everything listed was there before signing off. We’re very happy with the chairs, but unhappy that the shipper did not bring out the extra box(es) which must have been in the cab because our order was the last one on the truck. Lesson learned: CHECK THE PACKING SLIP BEFORE SIGNING OFF!

Fast friendly service. Excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the worst companies that I have dealt with. Communication is poor to non-existant and the customer service is absolutely horrendous.
