This is a good place to get anything that is office related. The staff here are helpful and are knowledgeable. My one complaint is that the prices here are pretty high. You can go many other places within Lethbridge ad get literally the exact same thing for sometimes 25% less. Some of the sales are really good here though.

My laptop was giving me trouble & was slow so I contacted Staples. Peter the tech that answered my call was very helpful & listened to my description of the problems. After my Wife dropped off the laptop, Peter contacted my self within 2 days & had determined the hard drive was failing & gave me options to repair the unit. I was very impressed with his patience & he answered my questions & even double checked a couple times to ensure he was providing the best repair options for my needs. I don’t recall the last time I have had that level of service from any business. My computer is working better than ever & at a reasonable repair cost.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Many schools had their supply lists right there so it was easy to shop for Back to School

Had to get a new computer tower at the Lethbridge Staples store. Had the computer tech come over and assist me in getting the right tower, the right setup, and the right price. Peter H is a very knowledgeable young fellow who isn't into high pressure sales. He is genuinely interested in helping people get what they need in a computer system. I would highly recommend him.
