I have bought a machine from here and they have lovely fabric and great scissor sharpening. We went in today to browse fabric, get some embroidery thread and get 3 pairs of scissors sharpened. They are currently renovating, which is fine, we were directed to the back service desk by two sales people eating their lunch on the sales floor. We went to the service desk and were told not to stand there (after we stepped to the service desk we noticed something sticky on the floor). So as we are standing there, being told not to stand there, we were then asked "What do you want?". Not, how can we help you, sorry for the inconvenience, we should have blocked off that entrance to customers. But don't stand there and what do you want. It was very awkward and rude. We did nothing wrong and were treated very poorly. It was very off-putting. Someone needs some training. We left immediately and went to their competitors. Edited to add: we were directed back there by the ladies eating lunch, if we were not to be there this should have been advised. We won't be back for the foreseeable future.

My sewing machine is working like new. You knew I was from out of town and I appreciate that you serviced & repaired it quickly so I didn't have to make a special trip back to pickup. Thanks for the great service.

This is the best sewing and quilting store in Edmonton. There is always something new to inspire my sewing. I enjoy visiting the store and talking to all the helpful sales staff. Their awesome service dept helped me get my Old Bernina 830 running like brand new. Its a pleasure to sew on it again.
