This store has the best customer service wheelchair for shoppers like my mother! The wheelchair has an attached shopping basket. It allows mom to shop and fill her own basket. The staff and very friendly and willing to walk with you until they find what you are looking Seasonal inventory changes too quicky

Okay why not just put the actual selling price instead of pricing everything ridiculously high and then saying "half off!!". No one is crazy enough to pay $240 for a wreath. Even when you put it on sale for 50% off, it's still $120 wreath! Does this marketing trick work on anyone? I don't know. Other than that, I do enjoy the selection at this store and the staff is always nice.

The products they carry are almost always good quality but you pay a high price for them Sometimes the items are worth the price, sometimes their not. The biggest issue with Michaels is they always have signage up saying things are on sale when theyre not and they will never honour them. They also have good coupons but some staff let you split your items into multiple transactions to benefit as much as possible but some don't and when they don't they are extremely rude about it instead of just saying no.

Not happy. When a 40% off sale is advertised off any regular priced item in the store, it should be exactly that. Not read the small print.

Fully stocked for all of your holiday decorating and creative projects. Even though it was very busy, wait at checkout was minimal.
