Great selection, very helpful sales people and better customer service support, I went to check out and came out with happy experience and New furniture,. The store manager (Ali) went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Finally there is a great furniture store in Fort McMurray. Thanks Ashley Furniture!

The ultimate disappointment. Ali the manager was the worst person I’ve ever had to do business with. Total disregard for his customers. Blamed his staff when something went wrong. I ordered a couch and paid for it September 30th and it was delayed several times, which is fine, but not one phone call was made to me telling me the delivery date was changed. I told him I just got a new phone before I told him how frustrated I was with not being called to let me know and just as I thought he lied to me said he called me 4 times. This was a lie, I never got a new phone I just wanted to see if he would lie his way out, and he tried. I got all my money back in the end. I’ll never shop down there ever again. Wish I could give this manager 0 stars.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen. I wish I could give them 0. My message to the owner is" Good Luck with running business like that in this town". I’ll never shop there ever again.

Be Very Careful! Check the prices online at other Ashley stores before purchasing anything from them. They sold us items that even at 40% discount were more expensive than Ashley store in Edmonton.
