Great customer service!! I love all of the art supplies. It is a little pricey but your paying for the quality of what your getting not the quantity. It really is worth the money spent on the supplies here. Will always come back

I had needed a bottle of liquid sculpey but they only had small bottles so I grabbed two from the shelf and paid only to realize on my receipt that one bottle was slightly different then the other and unfortunately a different product. However the cashiers were very helpful and were able to refund the wrong bottle and get the right one. All in all I was very happy with my service and I got what I came for

Staff is very friendly. They carry a great selection of items and are happy to order something if they don't stock it. Not generally busy. The store is well organized and bright, things are easy to find.

It's convenient and has a lot of great stock, but the staff have never been able to help me in almost any department. I was talked down to by a particular cashier when I was trying to do an exchange on frames because I needed money returned to my original cards. He told me "I know what I'm doing" but I still ended up leaving with the wrong balance on the wrong cards. I had been dealing with a different cashier who said she could honor their coupon that day, and to go find the frames I need to exchange, since they couldn't use the coupon I had when I originally bought my item. When I did the exchange this other cashier told me I should have brought my own coupon but he would "let me off this time. But in the future I need to bring my own." I felt like I was talking to the police. They seem more interested in getting my e-mail most of the time. They don't ask nicely, they just say "e-mail". It should be a yes or no question, not a demand. When I ask for help finding something, most of the time they start walking up and down the aisles searching, which is what I had just been doing. I like the items they have here, but if there were any other craft and frame store that I could get to conveniently, I would go there instead.
