Have tried so many times to get ahold of someone at this company with no success. They don’t respond to emails either.

I recently had an experience with Crown Wallpaper. We purchased some of their wall paper and had a very poor experience with the quality of the paper. We had two different VERY experienced wall paper specialists apply the paper and they tried 3 times on very simple walls. The paper did not cooperate. The seams would not seal. It lifted and cracked and shrunk. The paperers were so frustrated in the end we had to scrap the paper as it was just not workable. What was most frustrating was that Crown would not refund us the cost of the paper. Instead they insisted we buy more (different) wallpaper with a supposed generous discount. While they said the paper was from a roll that they had no problems with, I know there were many reviews on the paper from paperers who said it was extremely difficult to work with. I am very disappointed with the company for not standing by the customer and the professional wall paperers in this case and not providing a full refund or full exchange at no cost for a different product. I know they are a big company and can flick off the little guy, but I am very disappointed and will not recommend this company again.
