Have to say first time I visited this store. It is a nice, big store. However, customer service is bad. My daughter and I went looking for a type of fabric. We looked around. Since we could not find it, decided to ask for assistance. The store was practically empty. We finally found a customer service representative who simply pointed at wall at the back of the store. Off we went. Still didn't see the fabric we were after. My daughter decides to ask a different person. By the time she came back with someone, I had found the fabric. We were looking for something else. Asked again for help. This time the representative was better taking us to what we were after. I really don't know what is it with fabric stores. There are not many left. What they all seem to have in common is the lack of good customer service. The reps seem bored or annoyed. Not a pleasant experience. I give 2 stars simply because it is a somewhat easy to find store with enough parking. Train your customer service representatives to do more other than point at walls or signs please.

Great selection especially in cotton patterns. First time going. Friendly staff. Didn't require help but the store appeared to be fully staffed. One cash register was done but check out still quick.

Needed some fabric for my car and stumbled on this place accidentally. This place is huge and I was able to find something close o what I wanted. The ladies there were helpful and I was on my way quickly. If you need to buy fabric you should definitely stop by.
