Great customer service and their lumber prices were cheaper than Home Depot and others AND they had every length and size we needed...and there were alot! Thank you to Tracy, Arlene Dan and Matt for being so patient and helpful with a newbie!

Product always more expensive then other stores. I get that it is the only hareware store in Lake Country but it feels like they take advantage of that. I understand it might be harder to match the larger stores, but when you pay almost double for the same thing product it is upsetting.

Very friendly staff, and a good selection. Prices leave a bit to be desired, but it's a small town hardware store, what are you going to do?

Always get great friendly service and don’t have to drive to Kelowna or Vernon for simple hardware needs. Their hours are great for folks wanting to get an early start on projects, either business or personal needs. Thank you, Ace Hardware, for coming to Lake Country. Now, if only we could get a reasonably priced clothing store to come here. 🙂🙏

Friendly staff but finding that many items are out of stock. I hope they can organize their ordering because it is so nice having a local hardware store.
