The staff isn’t super helpful, but the expectation is that you are working with a designer so I’m not sure it is fair to dock too much for that. The styles are quite nice. This is subjective but it seemed easy to find a few couch options that worked well for us and that we found attractive. The main issue I have is that only a few months in and the frame has already developed a creak in it, and the fabric (which in theory was a durable fabric) has pulls. I don’t expect this couch to last us more than a couple of years, which is disappointing as it is visually appealing. I have a variety of couches so I’m not making my claims without comparison. Couches we have both from Jordan’s and from Sofa so Good have lasted over a decade and have no frame issues or substantial fabric wear. It is unlikely we will be returning to or be able to recommend Stylus, although I must admit their styles are very nice.

I have two couches from them. One is over 15 years old and it is in great shape. It has a hide a bed and the mattress is in great shape. Plus it is hard to find such a thick mattress. They are usually thin and you feel the springs digging into your back. They do not look worn either. They stand up great. I need another couch for my family room so I will look to them for one.

Very helpful. Great selection and my sofa is holding up very well and I have two young kids

Terrible service. The ladies working on June 12-2017 seemed completely uninterested in helping or answering questions - they appeared to be more interested in standing around their desk chatting amongst themselves than helping customers.

2 of 3 furniture pieces have springs that squeak and the back cushions are sagging in the first year.
