This is a fantastic store... well groomed, excellent service. Of they don't have they'll help you find it, possibly at one of their other locations. I've been strapped with an upcoming event, time crunch. I came in and bought 18 wooden boxes needed 7 more. They just then from their Victories location, had them brought over AND THEN called me! That's just one of the many good service stories I could share. Lots of product for many mediums of craft and art. I'm a loyal customer. I depend on them sometimes because of the work I do. Honestly they rarely disappoint.

The young man at the cashier station was very personable and offered advice regarding discounts and upcoming Michaels events. Also, a nice woman help me find an obscure clock item that I needed from the store. Also, I'm so glad there are places like Michael's that carry embroidery thread

Need more wide selection of spray paint, needs a more diverse selection of stickers ( more "old school" if you will), other than those tiny thoughts, store has a good variety of other products to chose from.

Nice selection, helpful staff. I would like to see more fine art supplies there but, they do carry the basics you will need. Don't forget your coupons.

Big. Bright. And Crafty. Whats not to like about Michaels. There are some Cost Effective supplies and there are Over Priced supplies..... it all works out in the end.
