The staff member I stopped was great. I asked her for 1 item, and not only did she take me directly to it, but was completely knowledgable about the item. My daughter even showed her the ornament my son had broken and she willingly took it without defiance.

Shopping space is pretty big and comfortable. Price is high, however you can find some specific items that are not available at other places. Credit cards accepted. Check out time is ok. Employees are nice and friendly. Public washroom available. Located inside Meadowtown Centre. Free parking lot available. Short walking distance to bus stops.

Great selection of yarn but their needle selection is terrible and rarely replenished. Please get larger chunky knit needles and circular as well over us 15. And larger crochet needles. Its in trend! Otherwise I'm forced to buy online elsewhere.

I live in Poco & the Poco Michaels has the worst customer service, so I was super jaded about shopping at Michaels. However, a friend of mine told me to go to the Pitt Meadows one & I was so appreciative of how helpful they are there. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, & they give really quick service. I’m so glad there’s a Michaels near me that I can rely on!

I love this store. I go in for just a couple of things and leave with more projects than i have time for. Can be pricy. Watch for the sales fliers and coupons .
